PLANNING & DESIGN: 2025-2026

In collaboration with SeamonWhiteside Land Planners and BELLO | GARRIS Architects, the project is being designed as a walkable, community-centered destination that brings together dining, retail, office, and outdoor gathering spaces.

GROUNDBREAKING: SUMMER 2026

Construction begins on-site in the heart of Hanahan, marking the start of development for the community’s future town center.

CONSTRUCTION & TENANT BUILDOUT: 2026-2027

Construction continues across the site as retail and dining tenants begin building out their spaces and shared outdoor areas throughout the development take shape.

GRAND OPENING: FALL 2027!

Blackwells Corner opens, introducing a new walkable town center for dining, retail, office space, and year-round community programming in Hanahan.
